Cheap homemade healthy pizzas
Pitta Pizza's
A very cheap and healthy alternative to pizza. My mum used to make these and I still love them today.
* Kids version *
- Wholemeal pitta bread
- Tomato puree
- Chedder cheese (grated)
- Mushrooms
- Sliced tomato
- Hame
1. Smear pitta with puree
2. Add all ingredients in layers
3. Add ham if raising carnivores
* Adult version *
- You could have a feta cheese, red onion and black olive version
- You could have a parma ham, parmesan and rocket version
They take around 5 minutes under the grill.
